The Migration and Refugee Perception Working Group meeting was held at TGTV Headquarters on May 10, 2023. It was evaluated that the “transferring work to the new generation” model, which is an established institutional experience in the business world, could be taken as an example in the rejuvenation works of voluntary organizations. It was emphasized that voluntary organizations should support “student clubs” in universities. At the meeting, it was recommended that the boards of directors of voluntary organizations should prepare young people for voluntary organization management by implementing experience transfer practices.
