The Migration and Refugee Perception Working Group meeting was held at TGTV Headquarters on May 10, 2023. At the Migration and Refugee Perception Working Group meeting, chaired by TGTV Executive Board member Orhan Demir, various topics were discussed to support volunteer work on migration and refugee issues. It was decided to prepare the Migration and Refugee Volunteer Training Program in the EU Project format.

It was emphasized that in order to attract the attention of young volunteers, the activities of voluntary organizations should be presented in an attractive way with a side study, in addition to their regular promotions, in terms of the language, style and visuals of the activity. It was evaluated that the trainings to be given to voluntary organizations within the scope of digital transformation and social media guidance will be determined according to the results of the survey.

Family-Mosque-School Collaboration Continues Religious Education "Model Program" Studies. The Religious Education Working Group, which continues its studies on the "model program" that can be applied throughout the year in family-mosque-school collaboration for the religious education of children between the ages of 4-6 and 8th grade of primary school, decided to listen to sample studies from school and NGO-centered religious education programs in its next work meeting.

The “Rejuvenation Working Group” Meeting was held under the leadership of TGTV. It was evaluated that the “transferring work to the new generation” model, which is an established institutional experience in the business world, could be taken as an example in the rejuvenation works of voluntary organizations. It was emphasized that voluntary organizations should support “student clubs” in universities. At the meeting, it was recommended that the boards of directors of voluntary organizations should prepare young people for voluntary organization management by implementing experience transfer practices.

The Humanitarian Aid Working Group, operating under the leadership of TGTV, evaluated the establishment of a board for humanitarian aid consultation and analysis. The importance of providing institutional support to the board was emphasized in the meeting, and a common opinion was reached that this issue should be brought to the agenda during visits to humanitarian aid organizations.
